David Spiering

David began his career in Information Technology, working for banks and internet service providers as a Cisco- and Microsoft-certified network analyst. He later earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where his research produced publications involving fluid mechanics, turbulence dissipation, RTK-GPS analysis, and acoustic Doppler sensing. He went on to hold technical roles in government, applying advanced modeling and measurement techniques to water resources and infrastructure systems.

David now works at Saas Fee Ltd., a family office established in 1997 with a diversified portfolio of companies and early-stage ventures. His focus includes semiconductor technology, consumer electronics, and artificial intelligence, where he evaluates emerging technologies and supports founders through early growth.
